Julio is out for a walk with a big red Donut
When she woke up that morning, she felt the warmth of the sun’s rays on her skin and her cats moving beside her. And her first thought was: what a beautiful day is beginning.
She got up, made herself a coffee, and got her things ready to go for a walk once she had finished her morning work. With her coffee, she wrote as she did every morning, and during her writing session she remembered seeing a post on Instagram about Terra Tachyon’s First Aid Kit and she thought she remembered something about connecting with nature. Once she had finished her session, she went online to look for the information.
There was indeed a point that said: be in nature, walk, breathe. And as she read the details, she felt that she wanted to experiment, reconnect with herself, ground herself, be present to everything around her, marvel at everything she was going to see. Oh, how it resonated with her. She really needed that today, and with the beautiful weather, it would be perfect to try it when she went for a walk.
She worked all morning, and once her tasks were finished, she changed and went to get a red tachyon. She remembered she had one. Oh yes! A big red Donut.
Perfect, it was a beautiful day in Andalusia, and off she went with her Donut in her pocket. She took a moment to connect with it, setting an intention for her walk that day; she really wanted to feel alive and be present for everything she would see or feel.
The arduous climbs in her village made her completely forget about the tachyon in her pocket. She was focused on her breathing and felt hot. It was hard work.
Once at the top, she knew why the climb had been worth it: the view was magnificent. It was a moment of pure happiness. She enjoyed the beautiful landscape, the valley with all the almond trees in bloom. She breathed, staying there as if to hold on to all these sensations, then when the time came, she continued. This time it was a descent, so it would be easier. She was still hot, very hot, then realized that the heat was more intense in her leg, and then she remembered that she had the tachyon in her pocket.
Could it be causing this bubbling sensation?
She took it in her hand and began to feel a tingling sensation, but only on that side.
Ah, yes, something was definitely happening, and she could feel it in her body.
She walked with this sensation, so aware of everything happening around her, but also of her body, her steps, her breathing. It was as if everything was amplified.
Joy filled her as she walked. It felt so good, she enjoyed every moment, she felt alive throughout her walk.
When she returned home, she felt more connected and kept this experience with her, inside her, so she could remember it and return to these feelings whenever she felt the need.
That night, before falling asleep, with her cats snuggled up against her, her last thought was, “What are the other items on the First Aid Kit List ?.”
